He has spent his career in Healthcare with a Retail Pharmacy chain - a highly regulated multi-site operator with over 2500 employees.
He held various managerial positions throughout his career, progressing to Executive management of Property Investments and Developments, alongside Facilities Management.
He has been a Non-Executive Director at a Multi-Academies Trust and held various Board and Committee positions.
He was the senior Executive manager in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing business, producing solid dose pharmaceutical compounds, supplying to major British pharma wholesalers and high street pharmacies.
In his latest role, he was Managing Director of the Retail Pharmacy chain, providing executive leadership for the whole group of companies.
Adam now provides his strategic expertise to a variety of organisations across multiple industries, assisting them in maximising their business potential.
